The West Liberty-Salem Girls Track and Field Team competed in Day One of the Troy Division III Southwest Regional Meet Wednesday.
The Tigers’ 4×800 relay team of Gwen McCullough, Ashley Yoder, Breece Gullett, and Mallory Bostick placed third (9:45.47) to qualify for next week’s State Meet.
Senior Kenzie Bahan placed sixth in shot put with a career-best 34’02”.

Sophia Hardwick 300 Meter Hurdles
4×400 Relay Team of Ashley Yoder, Gwen McCullough, Teagan Boyd, and Mallory Bostick.
The West Liberty-Salem Boys also competed in Day One of the Division III Southwest Regional Meet.
The 4x800m team of Quentin Rudolph, Micah Smith, Owen Harrison, and Asher Knox qualified for the State Meet by finishing 4th place in a season-best time of 8:14.41.

The 4x200m relay of Gabe McGill, Jack Bahan, Lincoln Henderson, and Dylan Glunt finished 9th place running a season-best time of 1:34.33
The 4x400m relay of Logan Phillips, Micah Smith, Brevin Louden, and Troy Bradley finished 9th place running a season-best time of 3:33.42
