Burgundy Hills redefines Omakase with specialty coffee, TWG tea ... - Myanmore

Step into a world of refined flavors, aromatic brews, and exquisite pastries. Nestled in the heart of Bahan, Burgundy Hills Cafe & Lounge offers a unique twist to the traditional cafe experience, where guests can savour specialty coffee, TWG tea and delectable pastries in a curated and personalised journey.

Dubbed “slow bar”, it has employed the concept of omakase, typically associated with fine dining, by infusing it with the charm of a cozy cafe. Here, guests can surrender their culinary choices to the skilled hands of baristas, who will artfully craft a bespoke menu, ensuring a memorable experience.

You can enjoy both the local specialty beans and imported coffee. After a month of soft opening, it has integrated seasonal flavours to its original menu, offering mango latte, mango espresso, and mango soda. Make sure to try them until the mango is still in season!

Complementing the coffee experience, the lounge offers an extensive selection of TWG teas. Choose your preferred cup from Chocolate Earl Grey, English Breakfast Tea, Jasmine Queen Tea and French Earl Grey.

The bakers showcase their creativity and craftsmanship through an assortment of delectable pastries that go well with either coffee or tea such as the signature pistachio cake and Swiss rolls.

The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming. Whether you choose to relax in plush armchairs, sit at the cozy communal table, or bask in the natural light streaming through large windows, the ambience is conducive to relaxation and enjoyment.
